When planning a stay at Morning-Glory Guest House, please consider the following policies:

- Pets are allowed - please inquire
- Maximum of 6 people
- 2 night minimum rental required
- Check In is 4:00 p.m. and Check Out is before 11 a.m. unless otherwise arranged
- Monthly Fee is based on 28 consecutive nights. Cleaning services are not included in the monthly fee.
- A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

Reservation Policy
- A $300 deposit is required as soon as your reservation is confirmed
- The remaining balance is due to 45 days prior to arrival
- Rates for pets are $20/day or $100/week
Cancellation Policy
- 45 days before stay: Refund deposit minus $25 fee
- Less than 45 days before stay: No refunds
- No refunds for unused days or early departures
